On February 23, 2014 Pablo Coppola was named Design Director for 160-year-old brand, Bally. Coppola's experience include Tom Ford, Christian Dior, Burberry, and Céline. He showed his debut collection for Fall 2014 at MFW earlier this week... and it is GOOD. Let me highlight bags and accessories because you all must know by now I am bag and accessory crazy!
I mean, look at these yummy booties! The pink bubble gum pair looks so good I can eat it! LOL
I think Coppola was very smart in cleaning up the bags for this collection. I love the use of minimal hardware and clean lines. I love how he integrated the Bally Crest and used it as the base of the handles for this doctor bag. Genius!
Love this tricolor bag! Yes it's a little Céline-esque..am I mad about it? No! I want one..in every color!
One of the most identifiable bags from the collection would definitely be these... inspired by the "Gentleman's Corner" this structured bag with its corners cut exude minimalism. Coppola says that there shouldn't be a lot of logos on a bag and that the shape of this bag should be the logo! Genius! I want one....in every color!
Now, the star of the show.... This crocodile beauty is calling my name!!! I love the color and the contrasting Bally Red interior...Love, love love! The questions is...how much is this beast gonna cost me!? LOL
Thank you for reading! I hope you are now as excited as I am for this collection to hit the boutique!
